Daver Steels Bar & Cable Systems manufacture the Daver Tie Rod system and the Daver Compression Strut system. Both systems are high strength structural components with a high specification finish for constructional and architectural applications.
Please note that Daver Steels (Bar & Cable systems) Ltd are no longer a subsidiary of Daver Steels Ltd. The Bar & Cable Systems part of the company was sold off in 2016 and has relocated to a separate site in Goldthrope, South Yorkshire, under the management of Beta Engineering Services Ltd.
The DST520 structural tie rod system is produced in carbon steel and stainless steel with a characteristic yield strength of 520 N/mm2 and are CE approved to Execution Class 4 (EXC4) BS EN 1090-1:2009 + A1:2011.
The system offers a standard range of fork end tie rods, complete with pins, lock covers and turnbuckles enabling them to offer tension rod assemblies from:
M12 to M100 in carbon steel
M12 to M56 in stainless steel.
DST520 tendons are pre-assembled in the factory and set to their nominal pin-to-pin length for immediate incorporation into the structure.
Daver Compression Strut System
Daver Steels (Bar & Cable) manufacture a range of adjustable compression struts in carbon steel and stainless steel. Both systems are supplied with CE certification up to Execution Class 3 (EXC3) BS EN 1090-1:2009 + A1:2011.
The compression strut comprises of a central tubular section with threaded fork-end and pin connection at each end & are pre-assembled in the factory and set to their nominal pin-to-pin length for immediate incorporation into the structure.
The Daver Compression Strut system is available in:
Carbon steel from M12 to M100
Stainless steel system from M12 to M56.
The Daver Steels DST520 system provides a technical solution to your tie rod requirements. The sales team have a wide range of experience with tie rod systems and can aid architects, designers, structural steel fabricators and end users.
